By downloading or using DriveLogs ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

DriveLogs is a tool to help parents and guardians track their teen's supervised driving practice hours. The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you log is accurate. DriveLogs does not guarantee that your logged hours will be accepted by your state's DMV or licensing authority.

Not a Substitute for Official Records

DriveLogs is a convenience tool. It does not replace any official documentation required by your state. Always check with your local DMV for their specific requirements and accepted formats.

Purchases

DriveLogs offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full functionality. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.

Accounts and Data

If you create an account for cloud backup, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in DriveLogs are owned by DriveLogs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DriveLogs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that drive logs will be preserved in all circumstances.

We strongly recommend regularly exporting your drive logs via PDF as a backup.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveLogs and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to meet licensing requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
